Business as Unusual - 19th Handelsblatt Annual Conference “Restructuring” with Evernine
The restructuring industry is facing one of the biggest challenges in its history. The Handelsblatt Annual Conference on “Restructuring” offers a platform for experts and managers to find solutions together. The event will take place in Frankfurt a.M. from May 10 to 12, 2023 and will focus on the effects of crises such as the pandemic, supply chain problems, the Ukraine war and energy shortages. The Evernine Group is also a partner of the “Focus Day” and will contribute to the discussion with a presentation. The Handelsblatt Annual Conference is a unique opportunity to network with industry peers, develop innovative solutions and shape the future of restructuring together.
The restructuring industry is currently facing a number of crisis hotspots, such as the pandemic, supply chain difficulties, the war in Ukraine and energy shortages, which pose enormous challenges for many companies. The additional burdens caused by inflation and the interest rate turnaround are further exacerbating the situation. It is currently impossible to predict when this multidimensional crisis will end. Furthermore, many banks have reduced their personnel capacities in recent years and may not be able to cope with the expected wave of insolvencies. This increases the risk of restructuring defaults and the sale of loans in the portfolio to hedge funds.
There is therefore a great need for discussion in 2023 in order to overcome these crises together. At this year's Handelsblatt Annual Conference “Restructuring”, you will receive up-to-date information - also from Hannes Beierlein, CSO of the Evernine Group, on the “Focus Day”.
Evernine is a partner of Focus Day
The Evernine Group is pleased to be part of the Handelsblatt Annual Conference on “Restructuring” on May 10, 2023 as a partner of the “Focus Day”. This year, the 19th annual conference will be held under the motto “Business as Unusual - New Strategies for a Changing World” and can be followed both live in Frankfurt and digitally via livestream.
Hannes Beierlein, Chief Strategy Officer & Founder of the Evernine Group, will give a presentation on “How to make your communication more agile and cost-effective during the crisis”. At 15:45, he will use a best practice to show how companies can successfully network sales, marketing, PR and HR in these difficult times in order to make the entire value chain along the customer and employer journey more (cost) efficient.
He also provides further insights in his Handelsblatt article on “Crises require a fundamental rethink - how companies can communicate more agilely and effectively”. Here he shows that companies are confronted with increasing market uncertainty, while at the same time the demands on marketing, PR, sales and recruiting are rising. Only an agile structure, which requires a fundamental rethink, can prepare a company for this. In order to overcome the current challenges and position themselves for long-term success, companies need to fundamentally rethink their communication. Continue reading here.
